Brayn started as an intern at Save the Elephants Research Centre in Tsavo, where he developed a deep understanding of elephant conservation. During that time, he contributed and deepened his expertise as a field research assistant for The Elephant Queen Impact Assessment study, working closely with communities living alongside elephants.

He currently plays a major role in promoting human-elephant coexistence as an expert trainer for the Training of Trainer workshop program, educating stakeholders on various elephant deterrent methods from the Human-Elephant Coexistence Toolbox manual.

Brayn holds a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Enterprise and Management from Chuka University.
