Meha Kumar
Coexistence Education Research Officer
Meha joined Save the Elephants as an intern at our Research Centre in Tsavo and continued her internship at the Research Camp in Samburu.
She currently works as a researcher on the Human-Elephant Coexistence Toolbox, conducting research into innovative mitigation methods to help farmers coexist with elephants. She also coordinates translations of the Toolbox into various languages and helps with the distribution of the Toolbox across Africa.
Meha pursued her BSc in Zoology from the University of Nairobi and has a growing passion for contributing to the research that goes into promoting coexistence between people and elephants.
