Hey, it’s Kylie here – starting off the year as a new intern for STE. I have a background in Ecology and Sustainability, and am currently doing my Masters of Environmental Studies with Melbourne University in Australia. I’ve been lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with STE for the next ten weeks, learning as much as I can about animal behavior – and anything and everything elephants! As part of my internship I’ll be doing a small research project for my Masters, looking at calf behavior. A lot more exciting than anything I ever imagined studying in Australia! I look forward to blogging my experiences and adventures over the coming weeks.
