A man was nabbed yesterday with two pieces of ivory and four bullets in Naivasha.
The suspect was travelling from Bomet and was arrested at the Karagita matatu terminus following a tip-off from the public.A Kenya Wildlife Service officer said the suspect had covered the ivory with banana leaves.
He said they are tracking a Naivasha trader who was to receive the illegal cargo.
Meanwhile, police recovered the body of a man on the Moi South Lake Road in Naivasha.
A senior police officer said the body had no identification documents.
He said fingerprints have been sent to the registrar of persons for identification.
