Grace Wairimu
Tsavo Research Assistant
Grace joined Save the Elephants in 2022 as an intern, later transitioning to the role of Project Assistant. In this role, she successfully implemented the Women Enterprise Center and youth empowerment programs in Sagalla.
Currently, she serves as a Research Assistant, where she coordinates the monitoring of the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) Wildlife Underpasses, assists with the Tracking Program, and produces maps within the core area of operation.
Grace has a passion for working with data and excels at uncovering trends and patterns. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
