Ewan Brennan
Field Operations Manager – Human-elephant coexistence programme
Ewan holds a BSc in Zoology and an MSc in Wildlife Conservation from University College London, and has a range of experience with different research and conservation organisations. He has been part of the human-elephant coexistence programme in Tsavo since 2017, first as an intern, and has played a central role in its expansion and development. As Field Operations Manager, Ewan is responsible for operations and budgets, grant management, elephant collaring operations, a recent camp renovation, and now the human-elephant coexistence toolbox training programme. Both a passionate conservationist and humanitarian, Ewan is excited to help secure a future for elephants and to improve the lives of people with whom they share space.
