Lesley leads our Administration and Human Resources department, bringing over 15 years of experience across HR strategy, IT, and business management. With a degree in Business Management and a Professional Certificate in Human Resource, she combines her expertise in business operations with strategic HR practices to drive both employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. Lesley is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, the Professional Body of HR Practitioners in Kenya.

Her background in IT and business management enables her to create efficient, tech-driven processes that streamline HR and administrative functions. In her role, Lesley oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and overall administrative operations, ensuring that each function aligns with STE’s organizational goals and supports a thriving workplace culture.

Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement, Lesley is passionate about fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented environment that encourages professional development.
