Joyce is a grants and fundraising professional with more than eight years of experience supporting donor-funded programmes across East Africa. She has worked extensively in grants and partnerships management, proposal writing, budgeting, and donor relations, compliance, and reporting.
Over the years, she has managed the entire grant process, from identifying funding opportunities and developing proposals to overseeing donor reporting, ensuring compliance, and closing out grants. She works closely with programme, finance, and fundraising teams to strengthen donor partnerships, improve accountability, and secure funding that supports meaningful impact.
