Laura joined STE in 2026 as Chief of Staff to help bring the organisation’s ambitious vision into operational reality.
She brings extensive international operational experience spanning various sectors. She has worked in global roles as well as in East and Southern Africa, Europe and the UK.
A qualified Project Manager, her strengths have been in implementing improved ways of working, digital transformation strategies, review and implementation of operational processes.
Laura has always been passionate about elephants and is excited to contribute to the future of STEs’ work.
